• Bring our stores to life with eye-catching displays, smart merchandising and outstanding product presentation.
• Work alongside teams to execute planograms, catalogue promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Make sure every ChemMax store looks fantastic and delivers a consistent, enjoyable shopping experience. TURN NUMBERS INTO RESULTS | Business Performance
• Dive into store reports and help teams understand what drives their sales, profitability and overall performance.
• Identify opportunities through KPIs such as gross profit, basket size, sales trends and stock performance.

• Look for new ways to increase sales, improve margins and make stores more efficient.
• Identify gaps in product ranges, stock management, merchandising and customer experience.

• Get hands-on with store teams, sharing knowledge and developing their retail skills.
• Deliver practical training in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising and sales.

• Conduct regular store visits to review retail standards, pricing, promotional execution and operational compliance.
• Work with store managers to identify improvements and put practical solutions in place.
• Follow through on action plans to maintain high standards across the network. THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're looking for someone who brings energy, ideas and a can-do attitude You'll be a great fit if you:

• Are hands-on, proactive and happy to roll up your sleeves.
• Have a strong commercial mindset and understand what makes a retail business successful.
• Enjoy coaching, motivating and bringing out the best in others.
• Have a sharp eye for detail, great organisational skills and a solutions-focused approach.
• Are comfortable travelling between stores across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Pharmacy experience is essential, and previous experience in retail management, merchandising or multi-site operations will be highly regarded.
