The Heights School is a vibrant and inclusive P–12 community, encompassing Preschool, Primary, Secondary, and the IGNITE program for gifted students, with an enrolment of around 1,800 students. In 2026, our campus was further enhanced with the addition of a Technical College, broadening the range of learning pathways and opportunities available to our students. We’re looking for an Enrolment and Records Officer. This position provides administrative support for student enrolment processes, records management and school data administration across the P–12 campus. The role ensures enrolment and record systems are accurate, current, secure and compliant with Department for Education requirements, and supports effective school operations through high-quality administrative service. What you will do:
• Provide effective support and coordination of enrolments and related processes across the P–12 campus
• Provide effective support for the management, maintenance and integrity of digital and paper-based records and reporting across the school
• Deliver efficient administrative assistance throughout the school,



including supporting various service points What you will bring:
• Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work, manage competing deadlines and adapt to changing operational needs in a busy administrative workplace.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide professional, responsive and confidential service to students, families, staff and external stakeholders. Experience (including community experience)
• Experience supporting enrolment, records management, compliance reporting or similar administrative processes.
• Experience using electronic systems to enter, retrieve, monitor and report on data.
