Support Worker – Ballarat, Victoria THRIVE Disability and Nursing Services is a family run and operated NDIS provider in Victoria. We're looking for an experienced Support Worker to join the support team for a current participant in Ballarat.

About the role
• Active overnight shifts (8pm to 8am)
• Day, evening and weekend shifts may also be available
• Supporting the participant with daily living and personal care in their home
• ABN subcontractor role What we're looking for
• Experience as a disability support worker
• Experience with enteral/tube feeding or complex health supports is highly regarded
• Caring, reliable and respectful, with good communication skills Requirements
• Australian work rights
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Other relevant checks
• Active ABN Start date Immediate start available once onboarding and participant-specific training are complete.
