This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong first-principles estimating experience who enjoys taking ownership of civil infrastructure tenders and working in a versatile, collaborative environment. Supporting public and private sector clients across civil construction, roads, mining, utilities and infrastructure, the business offers exposure to a diverse range of projects across Australia. Requirements
• Proven estimating experience within civil construction and infrastructure projects.
• Strong first-principles estimating skills, including quantity take-offs, labour, plant, materials,
productivity rates and construction methodologies.
• Experience preparing detailed cost estimates, competitive tenders and subcontractor pricing packages.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and tender documentation, with strong commercial awareness.
• Confidence managing estimates independently, identifying project risks and meeting tender deadlines. What's on Offer
