As an owner of several of our business-critical platforms, within your platform areas of responsibility you'll drive operational excellence, platform performance and AI-enabled innovation, ensuring our technology remains reliable, scalable and ready to support our restaurants. This is more than an infrastructure engineering role. You'll own several infrastructure platforms supporting almost 900 restaurants across Australia, influencing technology strategy, driving continuous improvement and delivering meaningful business outcomes. • Own a portfolio of business-critical restaurant technology platforms, ensuring they perform, remain reliable, scalable and ready to support our restaurants every day
• Drive platform reliability, governance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with vendors and cross-functional technology teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Leverage AI and automation to drive platform reliability, continuous improvements, operational efficiency, knowledge management and service delivery
• Define and evolve platform roadmaps, service standards and support models
• Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to improve resilience, observability and operational maturity
• Support the successful transition of new technology into business-as-usual operations




• Influence technology decisions that improve restaurant performance and customer experience WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• Proven experience in infrastructure, platform operations, service ownership or enterprise technology
• Experience managing or supporting business-critical technology platforms
• Strong technical knowledge across enterprise infrastructure e.g. SOE, networking, compute, cloud, endpoint management, observability, virtualisation and containerisation
• A continuous improvement mindset with experience using automation and AI to improve operational outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business teams
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with technology vendors and managed service providers
