About the Role
Securecorp is currently seeking a professional and motivated Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at the iconic Chadstone Shopping Centre. This is a dynamic retail security position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and safety outcomes. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for retailers, staff, and visitors while supporting centre operations and emergency response activities. This position operates on a 12-hour rotating roster across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Benefits

Key Responsibilities
• Providing a visible security presence
• Monitoring and patrolling assigned areas
• Responding to incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations
• Managing access control and safety procedures
• Writing clear and accurate incident reports
• Delivering outstanding customer service to retailers and visitors




• Supporting centre operations and emergency response activities Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you will have:
• Current Victorian Security Licence
• Control Room Endorsement
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Qualified presentation and reliability
• Ability to work independently and within a team Availability to work a 12-hour rotating roster across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
