• Is comfortable with ambiguity
• Moves quickly and takes ownership
• Has strong technical or commercial judgment
• Wants to become a founder We can provide capital, resources, industry access and support to help turn the right chance into a company. The goal of the EIR program is not to stay an EIR. It is to build a company.
