Field Service Engineer - Wireless Network Deployments

Field Service Engineer (WAP Installations) Locations: Nowra (NSW), Townsville (QLD) & Mount Gambier (SA) Key Responsibilities

Install and commission Wireless Access Points (WAPs) on-site Perform network equipment installation, cabling, and connectivity testing Complete cutovers and ensure minimal disruption to customer operations Troubleshoot wireless connectivity and network issues Conduct site surveys and validate installation requirements Complete installation documentation and project reporting Work independently across multiple customer locations Skills & Experience

Experience installing and supporting Wireless Access Points (Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti, Meraki, Ruckus or similar) Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs) Experience with structured cabling and network hardware installation Ability to perform hardware swaps, testing, and cutovers Solid troubleshooting and customer service skills Current driver's licence and reliable transport What's on Offer
