Supervisor

with Food & Beverage experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring out the best in a team. Someone who leads with confidence, keeps the atmosphere upbeat, and ensures every customer walks away feeling looked after. Your Role

As a supervisor, you'll be one of the key drivers behind our store's daily success. You'll work across all departments, keeping the pace steady, the standards high & the experience seamless for every customer who walks through the door. From dough prep to delivery coordination, you'll help shape the moments people remember – the great service, fresh food & friendly atmosphere.

Preparing dough, ingredients & crafting consistently high-quality pizzas Cutting, boxing & organising orders with speed & accuracy Delivering meals that arrive on time & with a smile Leading, training & supporting the team across all areas Maintaining a clean, organised & effective workspace Upholding safety, service & quality standards Position requirements

25+ hours a week Availability across days, nights & weekends Drivers licence (P1 or greater) 18+ Previous experience in leading a team in a hospitality environment About you

You're someone who enjoys leading a team, communicates clearly & takes pride in delivering great customer experiences. You stay calm under pressure, keep standards high & bring a positive attitude to every shift.
