Help Shape the Future of Digital Insurance at NobleOak

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join NobleOak on a 6 month fixed-term contract and play a key role in delivering one of our most significant digital transformation initiatives.

Working closely with business stakeholders, underwriting SMEs, technology teams and vendors, you'll help translate business requirements into deliverable solutions across NobleOak's Quote Tool, Application Tool, Underwriting Engine and related systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex requirements into practical solutions that improve customer and business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Developing user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps
- Supporting solution design, data mapping and integration activities
- Working with business and technology stakeholders to prioritise requirements
- Supporting UAT, testing and business readiness activities
- Ensuring requirements remain traceable from scope through to delivery

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

- Experience working as a Business Analyst within technology, digital or transformation projects.
- Experience gathering,



analysing and documenting business requirements.
- The ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable solutions.
- Experience creating process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Highly Regarded

- Financial services, insurance or banking experience.
- Experience supporting customer-facing digital platforms or online journeys.
- Understanding of system integrations and data mapping.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools.
- Exposure to underwriting, policy administration or customer acquisition processes.
