The Role

Managing a well-established, residential portfolio, your focus will be on delivering top-tier service to landlords and tenants while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Management of a dedicated residential portfolio

- Fostering strong, trust-based relationships with property owners and tenants

- Providing clear, proactive communication and exceptional customer care

- Working autonomously with the full backing of an experienced PM pod structure

- Contributing positively to a high-performing team environment

What You Bring

- 1+ years of experience in residential Property Management

- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate

- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills

- High attention to detail and sound knowledge of tenancy legislation

- Proactive mindset, professional presentation, and a valid Driver’s Licence
