Key Responsibilities

Surveyors & Senior Surveyors

- Construction set-out and as-constructed surveys
- Survey computations and data processing
- Site establishment and control networks
- Liaising with project managers, engineers and site teams
- Quality assurance and project reporting
- Operating advanced surveying equipment and software




- Supporting successful project delivery across infrastructure and development projects

Area Manager

- Lead and mentor surveying teams across multiple projects
- Drive operational performance and project delivery outcomes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage project resources, utilisation and profitability
- Support business growth and strategic planning initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and professional guidance

What We're Looking For
- Relevant surveying qualifications
- Demonstrated experience within construction, infrastructure or land development projects
- Robust technical surveying capability
- Experience using modern survey equipment and software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Leadership experience for Senior Surveyor and Area Manager positions
