About the Role:

Take the lead on complex project logistics across mining, energy and resources, managing multimodal movements from planning and quotation through to final delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers and the operations team, while leading and guiding the team to deliver projects safely, efficiently and commercially.
You will be responsible for:

- Managing complex project cargo, heavy-lift and OOG movements
- Coordinating sea, air and road shipments
- Preparing quotations and negotiating supplier rates
- Managing project costs, timelines, KPIs and client requirements
- Liaising with clients, carriers, agents and subcontractors
- Leading, guiding and supporting the operations team
- Managing team workloads and day-to-day performance
- Ensuring contractual, regulatory and QHSE compliance
- Supporting business development opportunities





What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- Experience across Project Logistics, Breakbulk, Heavy-Lift or OOG
- Strong knowledge of sea, air, road and multimodal transport
- End-to-end pricing, quoting and costing experience
- Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
- Proven leadership and team management capability
- Strong client, supplier and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and project deadlines
- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or New Zealand Citizenship
- Perth based
