Logistics Coordinator

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a Large Project in Darwin.
This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating the movement, receipt, storage and distribution of materials, supplies and plant equipment across the project and affiliated sites. You will play a key role in keeping site operations running safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the movement of plant, equipment and materials across site, including deliveries, cranes and barricading requirements.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring quantities and quality meet project requirements.
- Manage material storage, allocation and distribution to relevant work areas and sites.
- Liaise with suppliers and project teams to resolve delivery discrepancies, shortages or damaged goods.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and workshop.
- Maintain compliance with site procedures, WHS requirements, manual handling and safe lifting practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:





- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar logistics, materials or warehouse coordination role.
- Experience working on large-scale construction, infrastructure or utilities projects.
- A current, unrestricted HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver’s Licence.
- A valid Telehandler Ticket (C6 or equivalent applicable licence/certification).
- Strong knowledge of WHS requirements and safe work practices.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to coordinate competing priorities across multiple sites and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
