A well-regarded boutique family law firm in the Sydney CBD is looking to add a Family Lawyer to its team. This is a newly created role, driven by growth rather than replacement, and the firm is in a very strong position.

• Up to $170K base for the right lawyer with 6 to 7+ years PAE, plus super

About the role
• Manage a quality family law caseload within a supportive, close-knit team
• Work directly alongside experienced senior practitioners
• Help grow the practice by building relationships and contributing to its commercial direction
• Enjoy a realistic billable hours target in a firm that values its people
What you'll bring
• 6 to 7+ years PAE in family law, across both parenting and property matters
• Admission to practise in NSW with a current practising certificate
• Commercial awareness, so you can handle matters that involve businesses and complex assets
• Enjoyment of networking and a drive to help grow the practice
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a calm and empathetic manner with clients
