Backed by a robust pipeline of secured and upcoming work, the business is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to play a key role in delivering significant projects across the Perth metropolitan area.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of major building projects, leading experienced project teams and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, Contract Administrators and site teams.
- Manage project budgets, programming, procurement and commercial outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Drive project performance across safety, quality, programme and profitability.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.

About You





- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager or accomplished Project Manager with a reputable commercial head contractor.
- Proven track record delivering commercial construction projects valued at $30m+.
- Experience across multistorey residential, mixed-use or other complex commercial developments.
- Strong leadership, commercial management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and lead high-performing project teams.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
