Working in a busy and varied manufacturing environment, you will assist in a range of duties to help keep production running smoothly. All training will be provided and this role is ongoing with full-time hours of 6am-2:06pm Monday to Friday.
Duties:
- Operate assembly and production processing equipment to meet daily production targets, in a range of sections throughout the facility
- Perform visual inspections and functional checks to ensure products meet quality requirements.
- Pack finished products into cartons in accordance with packaging specifications before palletising, wrapping, labelling and scanning complete pallets.
- Record and process material movements using RF scanners and barcode systems.
- Read, understand and follow production reports, work instructions, procedures and safety notices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area through regular housekeeping, and carry out other reasonable duties as required to support production operations and business requirements.
Additional Information:
- $35 per hour + Super

- 6.00 am to 2.06.pm Monday to Friday

Selection Criteria:
- Any previous manufacturing experience is a bonus
- A forklift licence is a bonus, not essential
- Track record of reliability is a must!
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
