The opportunity

- Manage a residential portfolio of 170-180 properties
- 1 Day Working from home
- Rotating Saturday's (approx. once every 2 months)
- Dedicated leasing team who own the process from listing to signed lease
- Full administration support handling the paperwork behind your portfolio
- Collaborative property management team and leadership at your level to bounce the hard ones off
- Leadership who are present, approachable and back their people
- Your portfolio properly covered when you take leave

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have proven experience managing a residential property portfolio end-to-end, a strong understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation and compliance, and excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. You must have an Agents Representative Certificate/ Certificate IV in Real Estate, as well as a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential.
