The Opportunity

I'm working with a reputable and diverse construction business in Adelaide that is looking to bring two Site Managers into the team.

There are two separate opportunities available:

- Site Manager – Fitout: For someone with a strong background in commercial fitout projects.
- Site Manager – New Build: For someone experienced in managing new build construction projects.

Both roles offer the opportunity to join a well-regarded business with a diverse project portfolio, a robust reputation and a team that values quality delivery and good people.

The Role

- Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Drive construction programmes, sequencing and project milestones.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and site presentation.
- Work closely with Project Managers to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Manage inspections, compliance, defects and handover.
- Take ownership of site performance and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

About You





- Proven experience as a Site Manager in either commercial fitout or new build construction.
- Strong subcontractor management and site coordination skills.
- Confident leading teams and driving accountability on site.
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
- A strong understanding of construction programmes, safety and quality.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a good team.
