Ambition Health Group is growing, and we're looking for switched-on, compassionate PCAs to join us across South and East Melbourne.

Got your own reliable car and current vehicle insurance? You'll need both for this role! From helping clients with shopping and appointments to providing social support and getting out into the community, you'll help older Australians stay active, connected and independent.

About the role

You'll be out there making a real difference, one visit and one person at a time.

Your expertise in:

- Helping with personal care, showering,



dressing and daily routines.

- Preparing meals and supporting everyday independence.

- Sharing a conversation, a laugh or a little companionship.

- Helping clients feel protected, comfortable and confident at home.

- Following care plans and keeping the right people in the loop.

A heads-up on availability: We're after people who can do both short and long shifts, travel between clients and work across community and residential aged care. Flexibility matters!

Essential requirements

Before you hit apply, make sure you've got:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability Support, or an eligible equivalent.

- Experience in both in-home community care AND residential aged care.

- Your own reliable car, current driver's licence and current vehicle insurance.

- Current National Police Check.

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

- Working with Children Check (Employee).

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.

- Evidence of influenza vaccination, as required.

- Valid Australian working rights.
