We're Feros Care, and we're pleased to meet you.

And what we care most about is helping people live healthier, happier, better-connected lives.

- Support, maintain and optimise our application landscape to ensure systems remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose.

- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver practical solutions and improve user experiences.
- Manage application updates, patching and enhancements while supporting security and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, workflows and system performance.
- Assist with application implementation, enhancement and continuous improvement projects.
- Create and maintain application documentation, knowledge articles and support guides.
- Monitor application performance and help ensure Feros Care's technology environment remains innovative, efficient and aligned to business needs.

What you'll bring

- Strong Level 2 support capabilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Broad IT knowledge and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new applications and technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors and cross functional teams.
- A proactive, solutions focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies and enterprise applications.
- Exposure to aged care, health,

disability or community services environments will be advantageous.

Qualifications & Checks

- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Service Desk environment, with at least 1 year in a Level 2 support role.
- Experience using the ITIL framework (desirable).
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
- Undergo a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
- Valid Australian working rights.
