We are a well-established Australian RTO seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver and assess the AMP30815 Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher).

Job Summary
Deliver workplace-based training and assessment, support apprentices and employers, and maintain compliance requirements.

Tasks and Responsibilities

· Deliver and assess AMP30815 Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher)

· Conduct workplace visits and student assessments

· Support apprentices and employers throughout the training journey

· Maintain accurate training and assessment records

· Monitor student progress and provide feedback





· Participate in validation and continuous improvement activities

Qualifications and Experience

· TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)

· Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) or higher

· Current retail butchery industry experience

· Experience delivering and assessing nationally recognised training

· Good computer and communication skills
