The WINDSOR HOTEL is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Wait Staff and Bar Staff to join our agile hospitality team in South Perth WA 6151. This is a casual position, with the opportunity to work full-time, part-time or on a casual basis to suit your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests
- Greeting and seating customers, taking orders and serving food and beverages
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area
- Handling cash and processing payments
- Assisting with daily restaurant operations as required
- Cocktail Knowledge/spirit/wine for the bar
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a restaurant wait staff/ bar or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Relevant food handling and/or hospitality qualifications are desirable
