About the role
KAEFER has exciting opportunities for experienced S26 Mechanical Supervisors to join various projects in the Pilbara region with a Tier 1 mining client.

Working on an 8:6 roster with Perth as the point of hire, this leadership position will play a critical role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes. You will provide technical expertise, operational oversight, and leadership across multiple work fronts while contributing to a high-performance culture focused on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee mechanical activities across the project.

- Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with KAEFER's Health and Safety Policy.

- Coordinate labour, equipment, resources, and daily work schedules to achieve project targets.

- Supervise site operations, subcontractors, compliance requirements, and quality outcomes.

- Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to frontline employees.

- Monitor project progress and ensure accurate reporting of work performance.

- Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Build strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

- Ensure efficient utilisation of direct labour and project resources.

What we're looking for

- Trade Qualification (Certificate III) – mandatory.

- Current Section 26 (S26) qualification.

- Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in Mechanical maintenance, shutdowns, construction, or heavy industry.





- Strong understanding of Mechanical safety requirements and compliance standards.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Current C Class Driver's Licence.

- SAP or CMMS experience highly regarded.
