We are looking for an enthusiastic, strong leader and excellent coach to manage our RSEA Store based in Kedron!

As Store Manager, you will be expected to lead the team and store to success. You will be a solid leader and an excellent coach, developing your team to operate efficiently and drive customer sales. You are a strong visual merchandiser who can drive in-store promotions, set and achieve KPIs, and multitask across various operational and retail activities.

You are an outgoing, natural leader who can inspire people and bring them on the journey through your passion.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales, financial and operational targets,



using performance data to manage KPIs, stock levels and shrinkage.

- Set customer service standards and lead by example.

- Coach, motivate and develop your team.

- Deliver visual merchandising standards and promotional activity.

- Monitor store expenditure and operating costs.

- Build lasting customer relationships and repeat business.

- Maintain a positive team environment.

- Provide support to other stores within the state when needed.

- Complete staff rosters, scheduling and store reporting.

Skills / Experience / Qualifications

- Previous experience managing a retail store.

- Commercial understanding and experience working with financial and operational performance measures.
