An exciting opportunity to join the Operations team as a Warehouse Assistant WA is now available. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager WA, you will need to be highly organised, reliable, be able to work autonomously, be a problem solver and be a team player. This is a permanent position with hours offered between 30-38 per week. We can offer some flexibility in working hours for the right candidate.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

- Timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders in accordance with the priorities set by the Warehouse Manager and policies set by the business

- Receiving inbound stock

- Undertaking ‘spot’ and rolling stocktakes in accordance with the systems prescribed





- Maintaining a clean and safe work workplace, and having a proactive approach to keeping a clean and tidy workspace

- Ensuring continuity of supply of materials and consumables by reporting any shortages to the Warehouse Manager

- Assisting with warehouse optimisation and reconfiguration

- Able to cover periods of leave for the Warehouse Manager.

This role requires:

- The ability to prioritise, work under pressure and show initiative

- High levels of organisation skills, attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Commitment to customer service excellence

- A good attitude, a strong work ethic and highly motivated to produce consistently high-quality results

- A desire to effectively contribute to the success of the warehouse and wider team

- Physically fit, able to lift cartons, traverse stairs and assist in unloading containers

- A forklift license and reliable transport is essential to this position.
