At All About Kids, you keep the independence of your own practice while working alongside psychologists, OTs, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Speech pathologists, Psychologists, Counsellors, and Social Workers who share your clients, your challenges and your wins.

About us
For over 20 years, All About Kids has been helping children, teens and families thrive. We're a friendly, multidisciplinary allied health practice with clinics in Springwood, Wooloowin and Strathpine, and we're known for our child-centred, family-focused care.

A team around every child
The children we see rarely have just one need, so our clinicians don't work alone. As an AAK contractor, you'll be part of:

- Our multidisciplinary Assessment Clinic: contribute OT expertise to comprehensive assessments alongside our psychologists and other disciplines

- Shared care for shared clients: easy access to colleagues in other disciplines for case discussions, joint goals and coordinated plans for families

- Internal referrals: when your client needs input from a psychologist or another therapist, it's a conversation down the hall, not a cold referral

- A strong OT community: regular OT peer meetings to share ideas, resources and clinical reasoning

- Three clinics, one team: opportunities to connect and collaborate with colleagues across Springwood, Wooloowin and Strathpine

The services you'll provide

- Evidence-based OT assessments, including functional evaluations and standardised testing

- Individual and group therapy across fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care and daily living skills

- Practical strategies and home programmes that families can actually use

- Clear, timely clinical documentation and reports

What you'll bring

- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

- Paediatric experience (well suited to experienced and senior OTs)

- Confidence managing your own caseload

- An ABN, professional indemnity insurance and a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)

- A warm, collaborative approach with children, families and colleagues

- Bonus: private practice experience, or training in areas such as childcare and school-based intervention
