We're South Australia's five-time Master Builders SA award winner for Sustainable & Environmental Construction, and we're growing our in-house carpentry team.

We're looking for a Trade based Qualified Carpenter to run the tools under Foreman, mentor an apprentice or an early-career qualified carpenter, and set the standard on site.

What the role involves:

- Leading by example on all elements of carpentry framing, fixing, and airtightness detailing

- Protecting the airtight layer — tapes, membranes, service penetrations — and understanding why it matters, not just how

- Running a tidy, organised, secure site every single day

- Wanting to work in a company that values your contribution

You're likely a strong fit if you have:

- 5+ years post- trade based apprenticeship experience on residential builds

- A trade qualification in carpentry

- The ability to read plans properly and spot errors before they get built

- A desire for a long-term seat on a crew,
