We are seeking a fourth-year Bachelor of Pharmacy student or Intern Pharmacist who is keen to build practical experience, develop their skills and contribute to patient-focused community pharmacy care.
The Role
Working under pharmacist supervision, you will support day-to-day pharmacy operations, assist with dispensary activities appropriate to your training and registration, and provide friendly customer service.
Your duties will include assisting with Webster packing, processing retail sales, replenishing stock and maintaining an organised pharmacy. You will work within your scope and refer clinical enquiries to the supervising Pharmacist as appropriate.
For the successful candidate, there is potential to progress into a full-time Pharmacist position following successful completion of the internship year and attainment of general registration.
Skills Required
- Currently enrolled in the fourth year of a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, or an Intern Pharmacist holding provisional registration with AHPRA.
- Friendly communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow pharmacist guidance.
- A reliable, skilled and patient-focused approach.
- Webster packing experience beneficial.
- Appropriate Australian work rights.
