Mont is an independent Australian adventure equipment company with more than 40 years of experience designing and supplying outdoor gear. We care about well-made equipment and supporting people who love the outdoors.

We’re looking for a reliable, organised Warehouse Hand to join our Warehouse & Inventory team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll help keep stock accurate, the warehouse running smoothly and orders moving on time.

What you will do

· Receive and check incoming deliveries against purchase orders, recording stock accurately and reporting shortages, damage or other discrepancies.

· Put stock away in the correct locations, replenishing picking areas, and rotating products as required.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts and audits.

· Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch, checking products and quantities carefully.

· Keep warehouse areas clean, organised, and safe, whilst following workplace safety and manual handling procedures.

· Work with the warehouse team to prioritise daily tasks and meeting receipt and dispatch deadlines.

What you will bring

· Previous experience in warehousing, logistics,



or inventory.

· Willingness to work within a team environment.

· Robust attention to detail, good organisational skills, consistent follow-through, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.

· Clear communication, a cooperative approach, and a willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures.

· The ability to perform active warehouse work, including extended periods of standing and moving items up to 20 kg using safe handling methods.

· Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse or inventory systems.

· A forklift licence and/or reach truck licence are desirable.

· An interest in the outdoors desireable.

The role

This is a full-time role based at our Fyshwick warehouse, primarily Monday to Friday. Availability to support busy periods, including Black Friday and our twice-yearly factory sales, is required, with occasional weekend work as agreed.

You’ll join a supportive warehouse team, with free onsite parking and the opportunity to build your experience with an established Australian outdoor brand.

Hourly rate: $34.31/hr + Super
