We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale high-rise residential projects. This is an chance to take ownership of a landmark development in the prestigious riverside suburb of Toowong, overseeing the project from construction through to successful completion.

The Opportunity
Our client is a highly regarded national builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering premium residential and mixed-use developments across Australia. With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth in Southeast Queensland, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a flagship high-rise development in Brisbane.
This is a career-defining opportunity to work on a complex, architecturally designed project with the support of an experienced leadership team and established site personnel.





You will be responsible for the overall delivery of the project, ensuring safety, quality, program, budget, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
You'll provide leadership across the project team while managing subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the successful delivery of a multi-storey high-rise residential project.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Develop and maintain construction programs to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor management.
- Coordinate consultants, design teams, and client representatives.
- Drive safety, quality assurance, and compliance across the project.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining program certainty.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead site and project teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes.

About You To be successful, you'll bring:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering high-rise residential or mixed-use developments.
- Experience managing projects valued at $50M+ (or similar scale).
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in budgeting, cost control, procurement, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative and proactive management style.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
