About the Organisation

Our client is a boutique, Steadfast-associated insurance brokerage in Melbourne's North Western Suburbs.

It advises SME clients across a broad range of general insurance classes.

The team is growing, and this is a new role.

About the Role

We're recruiting an Account Executive to manage an SME portfolio worth $300k to $400k in income.

You'll run the portfolio end to end, from renewals and policy support through to claims, new business and debtors. Support staff are provided depending on workload.

This is a full portfolio role, not an assistant role. It is office based, five days a week.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio of SME clients worth $300k to $400k in income

- Preparing renewals and providing policy support across the portfolio

- Managing claims for your clients

- Developing new business

- Building and maintaining client relationships

- Managing debtors

About You

You'll have account management experience with an insurance brokerage, looking after SME clients. You'll be Tier 1 compliant, with solid attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ideally you'll bring:

- WinBeat and OfficeTech experience

- Strong communication skills

- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

- The ability to work well as part of a team

Candidates from brokerages of all sizes will be considered.

What's on Offer

- $90k to $110k + super, depending on experience

- An established $300k to $400k SME book

- Support staff, depending on workload
