About the role

My client is looking for a motivated Site Supervisor to join their growing team. You’ll manage insurance-funded repair and restoration projects from start to finish, keeping jobs on time, on budget and to a high standard, while delivering a great experience for their clients and insurer partners.

What you’ll be doing

- Supervising and coordinating trades and subcontractors across multiple insurance repair sites
- Managing job programs, schedules and handovers to meet insurer timeframes
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets standards and specifications
- Preparing and reviewing scopes of work, variations and progress reporting in line with insurer requirements
- Communicating clearly with homeowners, insurers, assessors and loss adjusters
- Ensuring all sites comply with WHS requirements and company safety procedures




- Maintaining accurate job records, photos and documentation

What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance market (building repairs, restoration, claims or similar)
- Experience supervising trades and managing multiple jobs at once
- Sound knowledge of building practices and the insurance claims process
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Current driver’s licence and White Card
- Relevant trade or construction qualifications (desirable)
- Proficiency with job management software (desirable)
