You will work closely with our experienced dental professionals to deliver high-quality dental care to our patients. What You'll Be Doing:

- Welcome patients to our clinic and help them feel at ease by answering any questions they may have

- Handle patient billing including health fund, Eftpos, Medicare and over-the-phone payments

- Schedule and follow up appointments

- Communicate with patients, other dental practices and specialist clinics via phone and email

- Manage patient records, including updating medical histories, preparing and scanning consent forms

- Maintain an organized and tidy reception and waiting room

- Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures and safety protocols.





- Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a positive and professional clinic atmosphere.

Qualifications:

- Current CPR & First Aid certification preferred but willing to get the right candidate certified

- Blue card or willingness to obtain

- Previous experience in a dental setting preferred but not required.

- Proficiency with Dental Exact Software is a plus
