Hapag-Lloyd is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Service Team in Sydney. This 12-month fixed-term contract is based at our head office in Sydney CBD and offers the opportunity to support export and import bookings, documents, and customer inquiries. You will work across the department to improve process efficiency, ensure compliance, and provide timely, qualified service to internal and external customers. Hybrid work arrangements apply after probation.
