Forney Enterprises is seeking a General Manager to lead its food manufacturing and export operations in Vanuatu. The role reports to the founders and holds full P&L; accountability, overseeing a Senior Leadership Team across Operations, Finance, People & Culture, Quality, Supply and Commercial.
You will translate strategy into priorities, build a solid leadership group, drive margin discipline and strengthen the company’s growth trajectory while developing local leaders for long-term continuity.
