We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team.

About the Role As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also support food and wine service during peak periods, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest. With a passion for hospitality, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to excellence, you will help create memorable experiences and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere throughout the venue.

What You’ll be Doing

Ensure a safe working environment

for both staff and guests, with safety as the top priority across all front-of-house (FOH) operations.

Collaborate with the entire team

to uphold excellence in all FOH service standards.

Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment

,



with a strong focus on guest-facing presentation and hygiene.

Support the business in setting and achieving transparent financial goals

, contributing to overall operational success.

Understand and comply with liquor licensing regulations

, and promptly report any potential issues during shifts to the manager on duty.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience as a Bartender i n a premium casual dining venue, restaurant, bar, or fast-paced hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits,

and responsible service of alcohol practices

A warm, engaging personality

with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

The ability to remain calm, organised, and effective in busy service environments, with a keen eye for detail

Flexible availability, and a positive, team-focused approach to hospitality
