The position involves the day-to-day administration of the sleep disorders practice. You will be part of a busy and friendly medical team comprising of a practice manager, admin staff and specialist physicians. The role is currently 3 days per week with an option to increase to 4 days when needed and leave coverage where possible. Mondays/Wednesdays (afternoon/evenings) and Fridays daytime are required. Key responsibilities

Answering patient enquiries and emails, booking consultations and hospital admissions Front desk reception and management of clinics Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently Patient invoicing and receipting Scanning and linking patient correspondence,



test results Distributing correspondence Management of patient recalls Preparation of home sleep study equipment About you

Previous experience as a medical administrator in a medical practice preferred Robust computer skills and medical software experience highly regarded Experience with ZedMed database software preferred Ability to work unsupervised independently and within a team High attention to detail Self motivated and friendly in nature About us
