The Role We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across paid media channels, primarily Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who is curious about technology, proactive in their approach and enjoys working with clients and data to drive measurable results. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will: Assist in the setup, management, optimisation and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and other platforms

Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve results

Support campaign reporting and performance tracking

Conduct keyword research, audience analysis,



and competitor reviews

Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with client marketing goals

Assist with campaign creative briefs and ad copy development

Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and efficiency

Stay up to date with recent features, tools, and best practices across digital advertising platforms

Communicate with internal stakeholders and occasionally clients to support campaign execution

About You We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist who: Has a genuine interest in digital marketing, technology and online advertising

Is proactive and takes initiative in solving problems

Enjoys working with data and analysing campaign performance

Is socially confident and comfortable collaborating with team members and clients

Is curious about emerging technology and digital platforms

Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Is eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing field

Requirements 1–2 years experience in digital marketing or paid media

Basic experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager

Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Relevant marketing, business, or communications qualification (preferred but not essential)
