in 2025. As patient demand grows, so do we — and this is where you come in. About the Role We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our Brisbane team and help ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of prescriptions to patients.



This is a key operational role supporting the full journey from script to shipment — working closely with our pharmacists and patient care team to create a seamless experience where patients feel confident, cared for, and supported at every step. Whether you're an university student seeking pharmacy work expeirence, or bringing technical skills from another fast-paced environment, this is a chance to grow with a team that's genuinely going places. Key Responsibilities Dispense prescriptions and accurately input patient medical data

Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders with care and precision

Support pharmacists with stock control, compliance checks, and administration

Provide friendly, timely patient support by in person, by phone, email, and online

Liaise with suppliers and external partners as needed

Maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory requirements at all times

About You Experience in a dispensary, pharmacy, or customer support setting is favourable

Strong communication and organisational skills, with a genuine attention to detail

Confidence with digital systems and inventory platforms

A high level of accuracy, reliability, and accountability

Curiosity about medicinal cannabis and progressive, patient-first healthcare
