Working alongside an experienced Property Manager, you'll gain hands-on exposure across a well-maintained residential portfolio while being supported to develop your confidence, knowledge and career.
The role: You will assist with the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio, including:
Supporting the Property Manager with tenant and landlord communication
Coordinating routine, entry and exit inspections
Preparing lease renewals, tenancy documents and rental applications
Assisting with maintenance requests, quotes and trades coordination
Managing arrears follow-up and general portfolio administration
Responding to phone and email enquiries professionally and promptly
Maintaining accurate records, files and database notes
Assisting with open-for-inspections and leasing support as required
About you: You may currently be working as an Assistant Property Manager,
Leasing Consultant, Receptionist or Real Estate Administrator and are ready to develop further in property management.
You will bring:
Previous real estate, property management or administration experience ideal
A current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
Confidence working with Microsoft Office and real estate software
A proactive, reliable nature and willingness to learn
Current Victorian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
