Department of Transport & Planning Victoria in Melbourne is seeking a Claims Compilation Officer for a fixed-term role until 30 June 2027. You will manage property insurance and DRFA claims arising from recent floods and storms, assessing and compiling claims to meet requirements.

You will build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, provide accurate advice to management, and support ongoing improvements to claims processes while adapting to emerging priorities and risks.
