HammondCare is seeking a Workplace Coach to join the People and Learning Team at the Horsley residential site. This permanent part-time role (22.8 hours per week, 3 days) focuses on coaching and mentoring to empower care staff in applying HammondCare Principles of Care. You will collaborate with Residential and Learning teams to identify learning needs, plan schedules and deliver a range of training formats, including webinars and in office sessions.
