V/Line is seeking an IOC Customer Controller to operate in a quick-paced, 24/7 environment. You will manage real-time disruptions, coordinate service recovery, and ensure effective customer communications across multiple channels. You will drive incident analysis, collaborate with internal teams, and support frontline responses to maintain safe, reliable services. This role requires on-site attendance and a rotating roster across days, nights, weekends and holidays.
