that is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its team.

What You'll Be Doing: Managing an established residential portfolio across Acacia Ridge and surrounds;

Building strong landlord and tenant relationships;

Overseeing maintenance, arrears, renewals and tenancy matters;

Managing escalations and QCAT matters when required; and

Supporting junior team members and working closely with the HPM.

What We're Looking For: We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who is confident in managing relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of their portfolio.

You'll ideally have:

3+ years' residential Property Management experience;

Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License;

Strong communication and relationship-building skills;

A calm, organised and solutions-focused approach;

Confidence managing landlords, tenants and complex tenancy matters; and

A current driver's license and your own reliable personal vehicle.
