We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Supervisor / Excavator Operator to join our growing construction team. This is a hands-on role combining site supervision with machine operation, ideal for someone who leads by example and takes pride in delivering high-quality civil works. Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and plant Operate excavators and other machinery as required Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications Maintain a robust focus on safety, ensuring compliance with WHS regulations Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety meetings Liaise with project managers, clients Manage materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently Skills & Experience





Proven experience in civil construction (roads, utilities, infrastructure, or similar) Previous supervisory or leading hand experience Valid excavator operator tickets and relevant plant licences Strong understanding of civil construction methods and sequencing Ability to read and interpret plans and set out works White Card (Construction Induction) - essential Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills What We Offer
