Previous experience as a Body Corporate Manager or Strata Manager Experience managing or an eagerness to manage larger and more complex schemes Strong understanding of the Body Corporate industry and relevant legislation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organisational and time management abilities A positive, team-oriented attitude Professional, proactive and client-focused approach Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
