Payroll Officer

to join a well-established organisation based in

North Ryde

on a

3-month casual contract . This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering accurate and timely payroll services. About the Role

Reporting to the Payroll Services Manager, you will be responsible for processing payroll across a large and diverse workforce while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements. Key Responsibilities

Processing weekly and/or fortnightly payrolls Ensuring payroll accuracy and data integrity Interpreting awards, enterprise agreements,



and payroll legislation Managing payroll queries from employees and stakeholders Preparing payroll reports and reconciliations Maintaining employee records and payroll documentation Supporting payroll projects and process improvements Assisting with compliance requirements, including payroll reporting obligations About You

2-5 years' payroll experience

within a medium to large organisation Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements Experience working with awards and enterprise agreements Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Robust communication and customer service abilities Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines KRONOS experience is highly desirable Exposure to SAP Payroll will be highly regarded What's on Offer?
