CKG Search, instructed by an ASX-listed construction group, seeks a construction lawyer to advise on contract and risk across the full project lifecycle. You will be embedded with commercial and project teams, drafting and negotiating head contracts, subcontracts and supplier conditions.

The role requires a Law degree and Australian Practising Certificate with 4+ years' PQE in construction law. The position is full time and hybrid, with opportunities to manage claims, Security of Payment
