The Role As a Supplement Sales Specialist, you'll be on the shop floor helping customers find the right products for their individual health, fitness and performance goals.

You’ll be responsible for:

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a great in-store experience

Providing personalised product recommendations and expert advice

Driving sales and working towards individual and store targets and KPIs

Building genuine relationships with customers and creating repeat business

Developing strong knowledge across sports nutrition, supplements and our product range

Maintaining high standards of store presentation, merchandising and cleanliness

Assisting with stock, deliveries and day-to-day store operations





Supporting promotions, product launches, sampling and other store activities

Working as part of a positive, energetic and high-performing team

Don't have extensive supplement knowledge?

About You We're looking for someone who:

Has retail, sales or customer service experience – highly regarded but not essential

Is confident, outgoing and enjoys talking to customers

Has a genuine interest in health, fitness and supplementation

Is motivated by achieving sales targets and delivering great results

Has strong communication and people skills

Is reliable, proactive and willing to learn

Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Is available to work a flexible casual roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Supplement knowledge is a bonus, but

attitude, customer service and willingness to learn are just as important.
